We have several warehouse locations to serve you.
Our goal is to have your order delivered to you within 3 business days.
This is possible with 98% of orders shipped. However if you need Expedited Shipping Service we will be glad to give you a Shipping quote, please call (989) 727-1511 or e-mail us with your shipping needs and information (SKU of the item and shipping information).
Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or International addresses. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or CANADA
First time orders - Shipping will be to billing address only on all First time orders. If billing address does not match your credit card your order may be delayed pending verification.
- Shipping: Your order will ship out the same day for orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, (Monday-Friday excluding legal holidays); shipping time is approximately 1 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, LOS, OnTrac and the US Postal Service. 1AutoShop.com will make the determination on an order to order basis to ensure the most expedient delivery of your order. .
- Alaska And Hawaii: Due to shipper restrictions 1AutoShop.com does not ship outside of the continental US. At this time we are unable to process orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
- U.S. Territories: Due to shipper restrictions 1AutoShop.com does not ship outside of the continental US. At this time we are unable to process orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands Or Any other U.S. territory.
- International Orders: 1AutoShop.com is not processing credit cards or checks issued or billed outside of the United States. At this time we are not processing International orders.
- PO, APO/FPO Boxes: Due to shipper restrictions 1AutoShop.com does not ship to APO/FPO Boxes. Please provide your Billing Address (PO Box address for billing purposes / if applicable) And, your physical address.
Damage From Shipping:
If Damage should occur during shipping please:
- All damage claims Must be made within 3 business days
KEEP THE BOX, PACKING MATERIALS AND MERCHANDISE.
- Call 1 Auto Shop at (989) 727-1511 Monday thru Friday. Or, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may request a picture of the damaged item, box and packaging. A claim with the shipper will be filed and upon settling that claim we will ship a replacement item.

If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or international addresses.
Please note, If you need to cancel an order that has been processed but not yet shipped, a 6% fee will be charged due to fees that are incurred for processing your credit card.
- WHAT IS COVERED
1 Auto Shop offers a Full 1 year Replacement Warranty on all of our products. 1 Auto Shop guarantees its parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for One Year on the original purchased item. If failure should occur, simply call the 1 Auto Shop customer service desk to place a warranty claim at (989) 727-1511 Monday thru Friday 10:00am-5:00pm (EST) Please see our return policy for more information. This Warranty is non transferable, the original purchaser must own the vehicle on which the part is installed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
All warranties will be replacement of the same part only.
This warranty applies to vehicles registered in the 50 United States and normally operated in the 50 United States.
- WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation nor does it cover failure resulting from accident, damage, abuse, improper installation or any modifications by the user.
1 Auto Shop nor Any of its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR COST ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PARTS.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
- Return Policy
- Call the 1 Auto Shop Customer Service Desk at (989) 727-1511 Monday thru Friday 10:00am-5:00pm (EST) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) number. Or e-mail; info@1AutoShop.com (Without an RMA number, our receiving department will refuse your return.)
- Your RMA number MUST be on the return label.
- Customer Service will provide you the shipping address to send the returned item. Returns must be sent to the original shipping warehouse location.
- Refunds will be issued once the parts are received, inspected and processed.
- Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. We cannot issue credit for items that arrive damaged or for items that have been installed OR altered in any way. Proper shipping and associated cost, is the responsibility of the customer.
- It is recommended that insurance is purchased for any item returned with the US Postal Service. UPS provides insurance up to $100.00
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, ordered incorrectly or just changed your mind, simply contact us for the RMA number and return address information within 30 days of order date for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price less shipping and processing fees. A restocking fee of 6% to 20% may be assessed on non-defective parts. The original credit card used for the purchase will be issued the credit once processed. 1 Auto Shop cannot issue credit for non-defective items not returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton.
- Electrical Parts (switches, circuit boards, computers, electronic components) are not returnable.
- Damaged or Altered items are not returnable. Alterations include but are not limited to; painting, cutting, removal of studs/mounting bolts/clips/wires or any other part of the item.
- Cut to fit or Special Order items are not returnable.
- If you wish to return a part: Please follow the Return Procedure as explained below.

Credits to the original credit card used for the purchase will be applied upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s) but may not appear on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.
Please note; If a part is returned without an Authorization number, and/or proper packaging (double boxed), and / or documentation or has been altered in any way a re-stocking fee may be applied of up to 20%.
- If you received an incorrect part: Call our Customer Service desk at (989) 727-1511 Monday thru Friday 10:00am-5:00pm (EST) to explain the error. We will then ship the replacement part as soon as possible. Your replacement part will be shipped via ground service.
- If you REFUSE Or miss a shipment: Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to 1 Auto Shop and your order will be cancelled. You will be credited for the amount of the sale less a restocking fee up to 20%, less shipping. Please allow 2 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is your responsibility to make adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.
